Enrolment and reserving a place
A place is confirmed once the documentation has been completed, the terms accepted, the enrolment fee paid and the academy has assigned a group. The initial enrolment fee for 2026–2027 is €30.

SUMMARY FOR FAMILIES
The essentials, explained simply
Renewal
The €15 renewal fee for 2026–2027 applies only to students who completed the entire previous course. If the course ends in June and a student withdraws in May or earlier, a later return is processed as a new enrolment.
Fees and payments
Fees are annualised and paid between the 1st and 10th of each month. September and June are charged at 50% of the standard monthly fee.
Returned direct debits
A returned direct debit does not cancel the amount owed and incurs an additional €5 administration charge, payable with the outstanding fee.
Withdrawal in writing
Withdrawal must be communicated directly to the academy by email or WhatsApp. Verbal messages or messages sent through third parties have no administrative effect.
Absences and the calendar
Student absences, public holidays and scheduled non-teaching periods do not entitle students to refunds, discounts or replacement lessons.
Academic organisation
The academy may change groups, timetables, teachers or organisational arrangements for educational or operational reasons. Progression is based on academic judgement.
Materials
Students must obtain the required course materials within the first two weeks of joining.
Conduct and safety
A respectful and inclusive environment is required. Serious misconduct may lead to educational measures, suspension or cancellation of enrolment.
Official examinations
Deadlines, fees, results and certificates are determined by the examining body. The academy cannot guarantee late registrations.
